WestRidge of Bartlett is a quiet community, nestled on nearly 500 acres of land in the northwest corner of Bartlett, Illinois, just east of the Fox River. Developed in the 1990’s WestRidge is comprised of 636 beautiful single-family homes, two neighborhood parks, and it’s own elementary school, Nature Ridge, which opened in 2000. 

 

We are bordered on the south by the 501acre Tri-County State Park, offering spectacular views of prairie and wildlife, a recreation visitor center, and access to nearly 10 miles of hiking and riding trails. Located in the far northwestern pocket of suburban Cook County, just 30 miles west of Downtown Chicago, residents of WestRidge enjoy lower real estate taxes, compared to other Bartlett communities residing within DuPage County.
